The Opportunity:

We're looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Programme Management Analyst to join our Network & Operations team in Hastings.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the efficient delivery of our Annual Works Plan - providing insights, analysis, and reporting that drive smarter investment decisions and improved network performance.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across planning, asset management, and operations to ensure our 10-year capital works programme is well understood, well governed, and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver high-quality analysis and reporting on the Annual Works Plan to support decision-making across the business.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to provide visibility of programme performance and compliance.
  • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across capital and maintenance activities.
  • Provide insights into regulatory expenditure limits and programme delivery performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, systems, and reporting capability.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help uplift analytics capability within the team.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in an analyst or project-related role
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset
