The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Projects & Solutions team within the Digital Technologies Group, based in Hastings, Hawke's Bay.
Reporting to the Projects & Solutions Manager, this role is analysing, configuring, and supporting business systems to enable effective and efficient business outcomes. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, assess system impacts, and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions across Unison's ERP platform and core applications
You will balance business analysis, system configuration, delivery support, and continuous improvement across Unison's ERP platform and core applications.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Facilitate and lead workshops to capture desired business outcomes.
- Conduct business impact analysis to assess system changes, business value and solution options to support outcomes.
- Implementing and configuring system change to support business outcomes.
- Testing and supporting business users through system change.
- Promote Agile ways of working, including iterative delivery, stakeholder feedback loops, and prioritisation based on business value.
What You'll Bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Business / IT or similar.
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a complex systems environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Technology One ERP system software is advantageous
- Experience working in, or knowledge of the Electrical Distribution Industry is desirable but not essential.
