The Opportunity

Play a pivotal role in planning, analysing, and optimising programmes of work that keep our electricity networks running across the region. Based in Hastings, you'll work closely with operational leaders and stakeholders to ensure resources, schedules, and budgets align to deliver successful outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead programme planning, scheduling, and resource modelling across multiple projects.

  • Analyse programme performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solutions.

  • Produce insightful reporting on programme progress, resource utilisation, and delivery outcomes.

  • Enhance reporting and automation capabilities through Power BI and business systems.

  • Build strong relationships with programme stakeholders and budget owners.

  • Lead and support a Programme Analyst/Scheduler, providing coaching and performance support.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in a project, programme, or operational planning environment.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

  • Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to influence outcomes across the business.
