The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity is now available for an energetic and highly capable person to join our Digital Technologies Group (DTG) in a Service Delivery Support role. This is a full-time, 40 hour week office-based role located at our Hastings office.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, as Service Delivery Support you will provide issue resolution, induction, training, and support in the use of DTG technology and solutions. You will be a trusted partner to the Unison community by helping users learn how to leverage the investment in digital tools to be effective in your job.

In addition, the Service Delivery Support is responsible for managing routine activities, such as end point application patching, vulnerability management, and asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide level 1 support, and level 2 with guidance, for all service desk requests in a manner that delights our customers.
  • Take ownership of issues on behalf of our customers.
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve challenging technical issues.
  • Provide training to our customers in the use of digital technology (new user inductions, mobile applications, etc.).

What You'll Bring:

  • You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related fields
  • Must have a full, clean drivers licence.
  • A minimum of one-year previous experience in the IT industry
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and Windows-based applications
  • Office 365 administration experience including Teams, Email, and SharePoint
