Project Management Administrator (Fixed-Term 13 Months)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Hastings-based team as a Project Management Administrator on a fixed-term basis of 13 months. The ideal commencement date for this role will be end of June 2025. This is a part-time, office-based role, working 32 hours per week with flexible working hours.
The role of Project Management Administrator is to carry out administration and project administration duties for the Contracting Group in Hawke's Bay to ensure that the operational requirements of the network are maintained.
Other tasks include:
- Supporting field employees by arranging PPE, ensuring license requirements are met, and updating the standby roster.
- Administering the Vault database, including records of vehicle checks, employee competencies, and induction information.
- Overseeing the Lone Worker process.
- Coordinating simple projects with the Team Leaders.
- Creating and receipting purchase orders for goods and services, and processing invoices for payment.
- Document filing, formatting and templates.
- Providing support and back-up to the wider administrative team as and when required.
- Assisting with the organisation of depot meetings and events.
- Identifying areas of concern and follow-up to ensure actions are completed.
To be successful in this position you need:

- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of people.
- Be an exceptional team player who thrives in a busy environment.
- Have great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Show excellent attention to detail.
- Have at least 3 years admin experience.
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Current drivers' licence.
